Hip Hop ABS!

I really, really, really needed to start a work-out routine. Things started to get bad and it took a while for me to notice because I wanted to continue my daily diet of eating potato chips and drinking diet soda.

My metabolism slowed down. I’m older. Things happened. I can no longer eat whatever I want, then work out (whenever I want), and still be able to fit my clothes. I have to eat small portions, work out regularly, and then I’ll be able to fit in my clothes. That’s it. There’s no other way.

So when I saw Hip Hops ABS advertised on television for the millionth time I ordered a set and felt good I was taking a step towards staying healthy.

I’ve been faithfully working out with Shaun T for almost a week and since I started I am no longer exhausted at 8:00pm, my sugar levels are more in sync, I stopped craving diet soda, I sleep through the night, and I don’t want to over eat. All of this improvement in less than 7 days because I started working out regularly. Unbelievable!

I love the results already!!
