Some vitamins I will always take because I like them that much but there are some new findings on the list that are super cool and I had to add them to my daily routine.

Some of the supplements I am taking cater to hair growth and strength but they also focus on other health issues that many of us deal with regularly.

It’s important to know all of the benefits vitamins supply. While helping to improve one element you can also prevent another.

Biotin 2 mg/day

Also known as Vitamin H Biotin is a B-complex that is good for hair and nails strength and growth. It promotes healthy skin, prevents hair loss in men and enhances healthy sweat glands, nerve tissues and bone marrow. Biotin with chromium improves blood sugar control it can reduce insulin resistance and improve glucose tolerance which could help type 2 diabetics.

Super B Vitamins/2 capsules day

It’s the ultimate health supplement which provides all the essential B vitamins: thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin (vitamin B7), folic acid (vitamin B9), & cobalamins (vitamin B12)… all in a single supplement! I now feel comfortable that all of my B’s are covered.

Vitamin C 1000 Complex/day

Vitamin C has a vital role in maintaining the health and beauty of your skin. Also known as ascorbic acid it is key to the production of collagen, a protein that aids in the growth of cells and blood vessels and gives skin its firmness and strength. This vitamin also helps your skin repair itself. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that can slow down the damage of dryness, fine lines and wrinkles.

CoQ-10 200 mg/day

CoQ-10 is a highly beneficial vitamin-like substance that is present in almost all plant, animal and human cells.  It is not considered a vitamin because it can be made in the body. CoQ-10 is an anti-aging supplement. It can enhance fertility issues, manage high blood pressure, increase energy and mental alertness, plus it can assist many heart related conditions. CoQ-10 helps the immune system to work better, and in so doing, helps to prevent cancer and it has been reported to extend the lifespans and well-being of patients with AIDS.

I take Vitamin D3 in a liquid form. One drop is 1000 IUs. This vitamin promotes overall health, a longer life, strength and it keeps the brain performing adequately. Vitamin D3 also aids to bone health, psoriasis and skin disorder, blood sugar regulation and insulin resistance, fetal brain development for pregnant women, reproductive health and the prevention of multiple sclerosis, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, rickets and osteomalacia.

Vitamin E 400 IU/day

My favorite vitamin of all time is great to improve hair and skin issues. Vitamin E helps cope with stress, fertility, minimizes the risk of cancer and coronary heart disease. It is also associated with the slowing of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Folic Acid 800 mcg/day

Folic acid improves the hair, skin and nails. It increases fertility and breast milk, prevents birth defects, miscarriages, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, eye disease like Macular degeneration, colon cancer, cervical cancer, heart disease and stroke. Folic Acid also improves brain development and functioning.
