Hair Growth Juicing Recipe

Friday, February 26th, 2010

Because I have a new juicer I decided to research juicing recipes that promote hair growth. After searching and searching I was only able to find one. Here are the ingredients:

  • 6 carrots
  • 2 handfuls of alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves

As usual all vegetables are organic. This recipe makes 8 ounces of juice and it is tasty. The carrots stood out the most but the alfalfa sprouts and romaine lettuce made sure their presence was noticed. The sprouts were a little bitter but overall the drink was very satisfying. So based on its purpose and taste, I recommend this recipe to anyone wanting to stimulate their hair growth.
